The Coaching Side
We start with what you genuinely want from meditation and why it matters to you. That gives your practice direction and keeps you going when challenges arise.
In sessions, I help you see what’s happening in your experience, so you can learn, adjust, and make progress.
The Skill Training Side
You will also get direct training in technique.
We work with how you’re practicing in the moment. I help you make small, precise adjustments until the techniques work for you.
You’ll always know what you’re training and what you’re looking for.


The Method I Teach From
Most meditators need a clear progression. In this program, we build your practice in layers.
We establish the foundation first, then refine mindful attention, then develop stability, and then train how to work with obstacles.
You need to know what to train next and receive support while you train it.

What Sessions Feel Like

HOW THE 10 WEEKS UNFOLD
WEEK 1
90-minute intake, direction-setting, and first training session.
WEEKS 2-3
Sessions 2–3 are usually weekly to build momentum and establish a strong foundation.
WEEKS 4-10
Sessions 4-6 are usually every other week, giving you time to fully explore the practices and become comfortable with them.
Between-session support included
Email or quick phone calls to keep you on track.

6 sessions over 10 weeks
Session Details
• First session is 90 minutes, including intake and direction-setting
• Remaining five sessions are 60 minutes
• Sessions are scheduled to optimize outcomes (usually sessions 1–3 are weekly, then every other week)
• Sessions are conducted over video call
Between-session support included
We’ll schedule your first session at the end of your assessment.

If we begin and it becomes clear this isn’t the right fit, we can stop.
Any unused sessions are refunded.
